I want my funds to go to the general fund of Heart 2 Heart Hand N Hand International. H2H Intl. exists to connect people who want to share the love of God and compassion with those in need by providing food, water, shelter, medicine, education, and self-sustainable projects for children in Uganda and Kenya. Funds donated will go directly to the projects and children that have the greatest need, administrative costs, and support for our partners on the ground in Uganda and Kenya, Africa.

I want to help the People of the Batwa! H2H Intl. has partnered Richard Mwesigwa From Kabale, Uganda who is helping the most needy children in Uganda. The Batwa have the highest child death rates in Uganda. More than half of the children of landless Batwa die before the age of five and are killed by preventable and treatable diseases. We have several projects going to help them. Building Little houses, purchasing land for education , and sponsorship for educational materials for young Batwa children.

Send my donation to the children in Kenya! His Family Youth Home in Maliki Village, Kenya. H2H provides monthly support for staff, food, education, gardening, medicine and basic supplies. Funds are continually needed to support the hearts mission and great works of our partners in Kenya, Africa.

I want to help with the great works of Franklyn and Sarah Kasozi in Uganda. They support H2H Intl. on the ground with projects for the needy children of the Kagoma community at the Heart to Heart Center in Uganda. They run several outreach programs that help the children that are being abused, abandoned and neglected.
